MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATION
Membership is open to all Indigenous Technical Oilfield Service Companies who meet the following criteria.
- Equity Holding – 100% Nigerian or at the worst an initial 60% with three year plan for acquisition of remainder of shares.
- Managing Director / Chief Executive must be Nigerian.
- Majority of Technical management must be Nigerians.
- All staff must be 95% Nigerian.
- Complete the attached Company Profile in as much detail as possible. Include any other information that will adequately pre-qualify your company.
